Firstly, thank-you for shopping online with us! We know online shopping can be a little daunting. To help out, we have outlined our returns policy below.
At Swoon Lifestyle we take great pride in our reputation for quality and we want you to be completely happy with your purchase from us (yes, it needs to fit!) so should you need to return an item we will happily do so as long as:
Approved returns are eligible for an exchange, an online store credit note, an instore credit note or a refund!
For all returns, we must be contacted within 7 days of delivery. We ask that the item is returned within this time as well but we understand the postie may be a little slow, so we will always give a few days grace! If a refund is approved, the refund will be applied to the original card of purchase.
For all returns outside our 7 day policy, an exchange or credit note will be offered.
Please note sale items are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund. We will happily exchange sizes where we have the stock availability.
ONLINE STORE RETURN SHIPPING:
Return shipping must be prepaid and a traceable method to ensure safe delivery. We take no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries. Return shipping charges are not refundable unless the item is deemed faulty. We will reimburse any reasonable shipping charges for return of goods that have been deemed faulty.
HOW TO RETURN/EXCHANGE YOUR ONLINE ORDER:
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call us (03) 9882 1991 to request a return. Alternately, please visit us in store at 109 Auburn Rd, Hawthorn, Victoria 3122 to exchange/return your item. Returns cannot be accepted via post OR instore without prior communication and written notice.
