Returns & Exchanges

At Swoon Lifestyle, we take great pride in our reputation for quality, however should you need an exchange, we will provide this as long as:

  • the goods are in saleable condition, in their original packaging with all tags still intact;
  • the goods have not been worn, damaged or washed;
  • the goods are returned within seven working days of purchase date; and
  • the original invoice as proof of purchase is provided.

Should there be something wrong with the garment, we will provide you with a refund for items that:

  • are faulty (unless caused by you);
  • have been wrongly described;
  • are different to the goods that you ordered;

All returns must be returned within 7 days to be eligible for a refund. Returns after this period will not be accepted. If a refund is approved, the refund will be applied to the original card of purchase. 

Please note sale items are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund unless deemed faulty.

We want you to be happy with your online purchase, so should you need a different size, we will happily exchange the size for you dependant on availability of stock or offer a a credit note or refund at our discretion.


Return shipping must be prepaid and a traceable method to ensure safe delivery. We take no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries. Return shipping charges are not refundable unless the item is deemed faulty or we refund as a gesture of goodwill (at our discretion)

We will reimburse any reasonable shipping charges for return of goods that have been deemed faulty.


Please email or call us (03) 9882 1991 to request a return. Alternately, please visit us in store at 109 Auburn Rd, Hawthorn, Victoria 3122 to exchange/return your item. Returns will not be accepted via post without prior communication and written notice.
